A 3-hour event which challenges typical recruitment conventions — creating a two-way exchange of learning, sharing, and open conversations.  Led creative direction and event execution with Omek's event team and creatives.

Omek Baobab Nights

A safe and trusted space to discover, learn, and share knowledge about African culture, identity, and history. View case study.

The Cultural Experience

2022 – 2024
Co-created sessions with brand partners to highlight important topics across Black cultures, history, innovation, and DEI for a company’s leadership and global staff. Led the event creative direction, visual direction and execution.  Led creative direction and event execution with Omek's event team and creatives.

Omek Community Events

2022 – Ongoing
 A global, members-only platform for the community to connect, collaborate, find support, and inspiration. Led creative direction and supported UX, program creation and member engagement across platform spaces.

North Star Networking Night

2022 – 2023
A space for Employee Resource Group leaders to engage with their members, connect with external communities, and gain best practices from other networks across Europe and beyond. Led creative direction and event execution.

Omek Summit

2019 – 2024
The Summit brings together bicultural thought leaders, organizations, and networks to discuss pressing topics and explore a new way forward. Led creative direction and event execution with Omek's event team and creatives.

adidas Zero Waste Exhibitions

2017
A year-long experimental program that transformed four days of local store waste into 78 sustainable retail elements, sparking internal action through exhibitions, workshops, and presentations.
